带批量储运环节的装配制造系统建模与分析

摘要: 同时包含装配单元及物料储运环节的定制型装备制造系统,由于装配工序的同时性约束和物料的随机批量运输之间存在耦合作用,用传统的建模方法描述时容易产生状态空间的维数灾难。为此提出一种基于带阻塞的有限缓存开排队网建模方法。基于连续时间马尔可夫链的原理,建立了系统各节点对应的状态空间模型及状态转移平衡方程。应用迭代算法求解状态转移平衡方程组,获得系统各稳态状态的概率分布,并给出系统性能指标值的计算方法。最后进行算例求解并与仿真模型的结果进行比较分析,验证了状态空间分解法求解模型的精确性,从而为系统资源的优化配置提供了基础。

Abstract: In the customized equipment manufacturing system that contained both assembly process and material transportation process,owing to the coupling effect between simultaneous constraints of assembly process and random bulk transport,the state space explosion phenomenon might be generated with traditional modeling method.For this purpose,a new method based on finite buffer open queuing network with blocking was proposed.The state space model and state transfer equilibrium equation for each node were established based on continuous time Markov chain theory.The probability distribution of system was obtained by using iterative algorithm to solve the equilibrium equations of state transfer,and the calculation method of system performance was proposed.The results were compared with the statistical results of simulation model,and the accuracy of state space decomposition method was verified,which provided the basis for the optimal allocation of system resources.
