摘要: 针对运输批量是变量、具有储运单元的柔性流水车间模型,建立了有限缓存的开排队网模型来描述该问题。依据离散马尔科夫过程的原理,对状态空间分解法进行改良以近似求解该模型。将模型分解为单个到达批量离开(小车前缓存)、批量到达批量离开(小车)与批量到达单个离开(小车后缓存)三个节点,并建立各节点对应的状态空间模型与状态平衡方程。通过仿真模型对比实验验证了状态空间分解法的有效性,并确定了状态空间法求解此类问题的精度。改良的状态空间法为深入了解带储运单元的柔性流水车间的系统性能、对相关系统进行系统设计或资源优化提供了基础。

Abstract: An open queuing network model with finite buffers was built to describe the model of flexible flow shop with material handling unit whose lot size was a random variable.According to the principle of discrete Markov process,the state space decomposition method was improved to solve this model approximately.The model was decomposed into three kinds of nodes,which were the node of single arrival with bulk leaving (the buffer before the car),the node of bulk arrival with bulk leaving (the car) and the node of bulk arrival with single leaving (the buffer after the car),and their state-space models with state balance equations was established.The effectiveness of the state space decomposition method was verified by comparing with the simulation method,and the accuracy of this approximate method was confirmed.The proposed method could provide a basis for system design or resource planning.
