一种大型反射面天线面板装配变形仿真方法

摘要: 为了保证大型反射面天线的表面精度、有效控制面板的装配误差,提出一种面板装配变形仿真和控制方法。该方法从装配工艺入手,基于“单元生死法”建立天线装配的仿真模型,考虑装配顺序、装配预紧力和重力对面板装配的影响,进行面向装配过程的面板装配变形动态仿真,计算装配过程每块面板的实时装配变形及其引起的装配误差,并对装配顺序和装配预紧力进行优化。通过仿真某工程9 m圆抛物面天线的面板装配过程,研究了装配顺序和装配预紧力对面板变形的影响,对比实际工程装配结果,证明了所提方法的正确性。

Abstract: To ensure the surface accuracy of large reflector antenna and control the error of reflector panel assembly,a simulation control method for panel assembly deformation was proposed.From the perspective of assembly process,the simulation model of antenna assembly based on “element birth-death method” was established.By considering the influence of assembly sequence,pre-tightenning force and gravity on panel assembly,the dynamic simulation for reflector panel assembly deformation was carried out.The real time assembly deformation of each panel and its assembly error were calculated,and assembly sequence and pre-tightening force were optimized.A finite element model of 9 m reflector antenna was created and the assembly process of its reflector was simulated.The simulation demonstrated that the model was accuracy and the simulation method was reasonable.
