基于人机集成模型的生产单元人因失误行为仿真

摘要: 为了分析工作者人因失误行为对生产单元的生产效率与组织柔性的影响,提出一种基于人机集成模型的人因失误行为仿真方法,对人机集成模型的框架结构及其实现过程、工作者失误行为的仿真流程进行了详细描述。基于该仿真方法,以某发动机零部件生产单元为研究对象,对工作者失误行为进行了对比仿真研究,并结合人的行为可靠性理论为该生产单元的失误预防与性能提升提炼了管理建议。仿真结果表明,工作者失误发生概率和失误发现概率对该生产单元的生产周期、设备运转率、人员负荷均衡系数、不合格品水平、失误水平、生产周期波动、设备运转率波动和人员负荷均衡系数波动均具有显著影响。

Abstract: To analyze the effect of worker's human error behaviors on production efficiency and organizational flexibility of manufacturing cell,a human-machine integrated model based simulation methodology was proposed.The structure and realization process of human-machine integrated model and the simulation process for human-error behavior were presented in detail.Based on this method,a comparative simulation was carried out by taking an engine manufacturing cell as the example.Combined with human reliability theory,several advices were provided for the management of manufacturing cell to avoid human errors and enhance system performance.Simulation results showed that the human error occurrence rate and human error detection rate of the workers had significant effect on system performance indices defined.
