基于服务质量的云制造服务双向匹配模型

摘要: 为解决云制造环境下服务提供方和需求方的按需互选问题,提出了基于服务质量的云服务双向匹配模型。针对云制造服务提供方与需求方给出的短语评价信息,采用云模型将其量化为可计算的数值。利用可变模糊识别方法进行多指标信息的综合满意度计算。以服务提供方和需求方双方服务质量满意度最大为优化求解目标,建立了多目标优化数学模型,并利用隶属度函数的加权和方法将其转化为单目标线性规划模型进行求解。实验结果表明,该模型能够准确地为用户选择双方都满意的最佳服务。

Abstract: To solve the matching problem of suppliers and demanders in cloud manufacturing environment,a two-sided matching model of cloud service was proposed based on Quality of Service (QoS).The linguistic assessment information given by service suppliers and demanders was transformed into numerical value by cloud model.According to multi-criteria assessment information,the satisfaction was calculated by variable fuzzy recognition method.By taking both sides satisfactions of QoS for service providers and demands as the optimization goal,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model was established,and the multi-objective function was converted into single objective function with weighted-sum approach.Simulation results showed that the proposed model could accurately select the most suitable cloud service for both sides.
