摘要: 针对传统失效模式与影响分析风险评估方法应用过程中不同专家模糊评价信息融合的问题,提出基于三角模糊软集的失效模式与影响分析风险评估方法。在失效模式与影响分析风险评估过程中,各评价专家选定失效模式风险评估指标集以及采用语言变量评估,利用三角模糊软集方法中AND运算对各评价专家的评价信息进行融合,分别获得失效模式风险评估三角模糊软集和风险因子融合指标权重。在去模糊化加权的基础上,计算失效模式比较决策表,得到失效模式的风险顺序。以某汽车生产设备的失效模式风险评估为例,验证了该方法的有效性和可靠性。

Abstract: A method based on triangular fuzzy soft sets was proposed for risk evaluation problems with integrating fuzzy assessment information of different experts in traditional Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).In the process of FMEA risk evaluation,different sets of risk evaluation were selected by each expert,and linguistic variable evaluation was used to integrate the evaluating information by "AND" operation in triangular fuzzy soft sets.The triangular fuzzy soft set of risk evaluation in failure modes and integrated weights of risk factors were obtained respectively.The comparison decision table of failure modes was calculated and the risk priority of failure modes was determined.A case of risk evaluation of manufacturing facility in mobile industry was studied to illustrate the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed method.
