基于多维关联函数的产品低碳设计实例动态分类方法

摘要: 针对产品需求动态性引起的产品低碳设计实例分类中存在的跳跃性问题,如何挖掘出实例归类的分类变换规则是研究的难点,为此提出一种基于多维关联函数的产品低碳设计实例分类方法。分析了产品全生命周期的关联特性,建立了产品碳足迹和资源消耗成本的集成量化方法,构建了产品低碳设计实例库;基于相似度和频度计算,对产品低碳设计实例库进行了约减,形成了分类实例库,在此基础上构建基于多维关联函数的相似度计算方法,实现其静态分类;建立了变需求下对应的可拓关联函数,获取需求变换对产品低碳设计实例分类的动态影响关系。以LG系列螺杆机(LG-6.7/10)低碳设计为例,基于Solidworks平台、VC++、Access数据库等软件平台,验证了所提产品低碳设计实例动态分类方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the hop problem in case classification of low carbon product design which caused by dynamic product requirements,a case classification method of low carbon products design based on multidimensional association function was proposed to mine the transformation rules of cases classification.By analyzing the association feature in product lifecycle,an integrated quantitative method for carbon footprint and cost of consumed resource was established,and a low carbon product design case base was built.According to the calculation of similarity and frequency,the low carbon products design case base was reduced to obtain the classification case base.On this basis,the similarity calculation method based on multidimensional dependent function was built to achieve static classification.The extension dependent function for changed requirements was established to find dynamic influence caused by changing requirements.By taking low carbon design of LG series screw compressor(LG-6.7/10)as an example,the feasibility of proposed method was verified based on software platform such as Solidworks,VC++ and Access.
