基于动态知识网的制造系统自适应组织方法

Self-adaptive organization method for manufacturing system based on dynamic knowledge mesh

摘要: 为了使知识化制造系统具有自适应生产因素变化的能力,对表征先进制造模式的知识网进行改进,以赋予其动态自适应功能。基于多重集理论,提出包含静态和动态组成部分的动态知识网模型。定义了静态知识子网,提出了以信息匹配度、功能匹配度和功能完善匹配度表征的静态知识子网匹配度量方法,兼顾了静态知识子网的信息量和功能要素,以实现动态组织过程中的有效决策。给出依据匹配度的动态组织算法,实现知识化制造系统的自适应动态组织,并开发了相应的使能工具。通过实例验证了动态知识网模型和动态组织算法的可行性和实用性。

Abstract: To make the knowledgeable manufacturing system possess the capability of self-adapting to the manufacturing factors changing,the knowledge mesh describing the advanced manufacturing mode was improved for the dynamic self-adaptive function.Based on the multiple set theory,dynamic knowledge mesh model consisting of the static and dynamic parts was presented.To describe the decision making basis during the dynamic organization process,the concept of statistic sub-knowledge mesh was defined,and its matching measuring method characterized by information matching degree,functional matching degree and functional perfection matching degree was presented,in which the amount of information and function factors of the static sub-knowledge meshes were considered.The dynamic organization algorithm based on matching degree was conducted.The self-adaptive dynamic organization of knowledgeable manufacturing system was implemented,and the corresponding enabling tool was developed.An example was used to verify the feasibility and practicability of the presented dynamic knowledge mesh model and organization algorithm.
