以提高生产率的流水线转单元的变邻域搜索

Variable neighborhood search for line-cell conversion towards increasing productivity

摘要: 为了探索通过流水线向单元转换的方式来提高生产效率的有效方法,研究了在不增加劳动时间的前提下,通过流水线向单元转化来提高生产效率,即降低产品的流通时间。为了降低流水线向单元转化的多目标模型复杂度,提出了将劳动时间作为约束条件而只考虑最小化产品流通时间的单目标模型。鉴于流水线向单元转化是一个NP-hard问题,针对模型的特点,提出了基于变邻域搜索的算法。通过大量的计算实例,验证了流水线向单元转化可以在不增加劳动时间的前提下有效地提高生产效率,并依据实验结果给出了如何进行单元构造以提高生产效率的建议。

Abstract: To research the effective method for improving the productive efficiency with line-cell conversion,on the premise of not adding the labor hours,the productive efficiency was improved by line-cell conversion.To decrease the complexity of line-cell conversion multi-objective model,a single-objective model with the constraint of labor hours was presented by considering the minimized Total Through Put Time(TTPT).Line-cell conversion was a NP-hard problem,thus an algorithm based on Variable Neighborhood Search(VNS)was proposed.Extensive numerical experiments were performed to evaluate the performance of the proposed VNS and to investigate how to do line-cell conversion can reduce efficiently TTPT without increasing TLH.
