面向主体行为的供应链运作过程仿真模型

摘要: 为了在供应链协调仿真中体现成员行为特性,提出一种面向主体行为的供应链运作过程集成仿真模型。重点对成员主体结构模型进行了研究,基于该主体结构模型进一步对成员行为进行了详细描述,并对成员行为过程的相关行为协议展开了系统化研究。基于提出的集成仿真模型开发了一个五级供应链运作过程仿真平台,实现了面向供应链成员行为的可视化建模与仿真功能,并通过仿真实验初步验证了所提集成仿真模型的有效性。实验结果表明:面向供应链成员行为的仿真能够通过调整行为协议对供应链运作过程行为策略进行优化,为供应链运作过程的协调建模、协调仿真和协调管理提供一种量化和动态的研究方法。

Abstract: To reflect the characteristics of member behaviors in supply chain coordination simulation,an integrated process simulation model centered on the member agent behavior was proposed.The member agent behavior model was emphatically studied,the member behaviors based on this model were discussed and the behavior protocols of supply chain members were also presented.A five level supply chain operation process simulation platform was developed based on the proposed integrated simulation model,which realized the visual modeling and simulation oriented to member behavior.The effectiveness of proposed model was verified by a series of initial simulation experiments.The integrated simulation model proposed could optimize member behavior strategies for supply chain operation process,and provide a quantitative and dynamic method to model,simulate,and analyze the coordination problems in supply chain operation process.
