面向中小企业有限人员的经验任务分配策略

摘要: 为保证生产计划的制定合理有效,提出根据任务相似度定量建立员工工作经验模型的方法,并根据经验值获得针对有限人员的多任务分配策略。针对员工按照以往任务的执行情况,对待分配任务的直接经验和间接经验进行了估计|建立了以同等时间中工作量最大为优化目标的任务分配策略|基于不断更新的“人员—任务”关系,最终实现根据员工能力实时的任务分配。通过比较实验发现,该分配策略可以保证在所有员工有限的时间内达到最大的工作量,同时有效提高了员工的工作水平,并保证了员工任务的负载均衡,对合理的工作计划制定具有指导意义。

Abstract: To ensure the effectiveness of product planning,an accumulated employee working experience model was evaluated based on task similarity.According to experience value,a multi-task distribution strategy for limited staff was obtained.The employee's direct and indirect experiences to the new task were respectively quantified from the workload of the same and similar completed tasks,and the task assignment strategy with optimal objective of maximum workload in equal time was built.Based on constantly updated “employee-task” relationship,the real-time task assignment with the accumulated work ability was realized.In the contrast experiment,the proposed strategy could achieve the maximum work efficiency and ensure the workload balance,which had significance to the human resource management and the work plan development.
