基于函数化描述的机械制造工艺碳排放特性及其应用

摘要: 为降低机械制造业的二氧化碳排放量,分析了机械制造工艺碳排放源,建立了机械制造碳排放特性函数,并列举了包括车削、砂型铸造、CO2气体保护焊、自由锻等典型机械制造工艺碳排放函数,实现了工艺的物料碳排放、能源碳排放、过程碳排放特性函数化描述,用于识别和量化评估工艺的各类碳排放|利用案例进行了碳排放函数应用研究,指出结合碳排放函数,通过工艺方案选择、工序规划可有效减少机械制造过程的碳排放量。

Abstract: To reduce carbon dioxide emission of machinery manufacturing industry,the carbon emission resource of mechanical process was analyzed,and carbon emission function of machinery manufacturing was built.The carbon emission functions of typical mechanical process such as turning,sand mold casting,CO2 gas shielded welding and free forging were listed.The material carbon,energy carbon and craft carbon function description of typical mechanical process were realized to identify and evaluate the various carbon emission.The examples were used to research the carbon emission application,and the result showed that the machinery manufacturing carbon emission could be reduced effectively through process selection and process scheduling.
