摘要: 针对龙门机床规格大、结构复杂、安装调试周期长、装配工艺要求高等特点,提出一种装配方案的预估优化方法,基于多体系统理论建立数学模型,将实际装配过程转化为由装配单元状态描述矩阵和装配单元过程描述矩阵交替连乘的变换形式,构建了机床装配的理论模型;通过分析精度、周期及相关系数三项指标,给出了装配方案的预估方法,并利用多指标面积图反映其优化效果。基于MATLAB开发了专用软件,以实现各模块间的矩阵变换计算和叠加分析,求解出方案,为龙门机床装配方案的建立和验证提供了实用工具。

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of gantry machining tool such as large size,complex structure,high requirements assembly processes and long cycle at installation and commissioning,a predictive optimization method for assembly scheme was proposed.The mathematical model based on multi-body system theory was established to translate the actual assembly process into transformation form with multiplication of assembly unit status description matrix and assembly unit process description matrix.The theory model of machining tool assembly was constructed,and the predictive method for assembly scheme was given by analyzing the three indicators of accuracy,cycle and correlation coefficient.Multiple target area was used to reflect the optimization effect.The special software was developed based on MATLAB to realize transform calculation and overlay analysis of matrix transform between modules,which could provide evidences for the establishment and validation of gantry machining tool assembly method.
