Multi-mode collaborative application of industrial clusters based on industrial software platforms

Abstract: Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce global competition in the manufacturing industry and the growing risks of decoupling and supply chain disruptions,the industrial cluster development has become a crucial vehicle for building a modern industrial system.It plays a significant role in advancing the high-end,intelligent,and green transformation of the manufacturing sector.However,many of China's specialized manufacturing clusters currently face challenges such as low cross-regional collaboration efficiency,insufficient aggregation and innovation of specialized knowledge,and inadequate optimization in the allocation of production factors.To address these issues,based on analyzing the development models of specialized manufacturing clusters in China and the challenges they encountered in-depth,a new paradigm of industrial cluster development with multi-mode collaboration such as crowdsourcing,crowd innovation,and crowd support was proposed.Furthermore,an industrial software platform architecture was designed to support the multi-model collaborative application within industrial clusters.Five key technological systems involved in this framework was outlined,they were:dynamic parsing and cross-domain mapping of multi-modal requirements,intelligent profiling and collaborative matching of distributed resources,dynamic modeling and robust control of collaborative processes,credible quality evaluation and iterative optimization of group intelligence collaboration,and the evolution of cross-model collaborative application ecosystems.Finally,the application of multi-model collaboration in industrial clusters through a case study of the Baoliandeng Industrial Software Platform was examined,providing theoretical support for promoting the clustering and high-end development of regionally specialized industries in China.

摘要: 在全球制造产业竞争日益激烈、脱钩断链风险越发突出的背景下,产业集群发展已成为构建现代化产业体系的重要载体,对推动制造产业高端化、智能化、绿色化发展具有重要作用。然而,当前我国众多特色制造产业集群却面临跨区域协同效率偏低、专业化知识汇聚与创新不够、生产要素优化配置不足等挑战。为此,在分析我国特色制造产业集群发展模式及其所面临挑战的基础上,提出众包、众创、众扶等多模式协同的产业集群发展新范式,构建支持产业集群多模式协同应用的工业软件平台架构,并给出其所涉及的多模态需求动态解析与跨域映射、分布式资源智能画像与协同匹配、协同过程动态建模与鲁棒管控、群智协同质量可信评估与迭代优化和跨模式协同应用生态演化等五大关键技术体系;最后,以宝联登工业软件平台为例,对基于工业软件平台的产业集群多模式协同应用进行剖析,为推进我国区域特色产业的集群化、高端化的发展提供理论支撑。
