Trimming innovation method integrated with extenics tools

集成可拓学工具的裁剪创新方法研究

Abstract: To reduce the degree of subjective influence on the trimming order of components in the trimming process,and to reduce the randomness of searching for alternative resources after trimming,the negative components that caused the negative effects were determined by establishing the functional model of the product to be improved,and the optimization evaluation method in extenics was introduced to calculate the trimming order of the negative components.According to the definition of tailoring rules,the source of alternative resources was classified,and the solution was solved according to the classification.If the alternative resource came from within the existing system,the process of assigning useful functions and finding alternative solutions was transformed into the process of solving contradictory problems;if the alternative resource came from outside the existing system,and used tools such as divergence analysis and extension transformation to find alternative solutions.The method of superiority evaluation,divergence analysis and contradiction problem solving methods in extenics were integrated into the trimming method,which enhanced the objectivity of trimming component selection and provided direction for finding alternative resources.Taking the wire stripping machine as an example,the improvement of the product verified the effectiveness of the method and provided a new idea for the combination of extenics and trimming methods.

摘要: 为降低裁剪过程中主观影响元件裁剪顺序的程度,减少裁剪后寻找替代资源的随机性,通过建立待改进产品的功能模型,确定产生负面作用的负面元件,引入可拓学中的优度评价方法计算负面元件的裁剪顺序。根据裁剪规则定义,对替代资源的来源进行分类,并根据分类求解方案。若替代资源来自现有系统内部,则分配有用功能,将寻找替代解的过程转化为矛盾问题求解过程;若替代资源来自现有系统外部,则利用发散分析、可拓变换等工具寻找替代解。将可拓学中的优度评价、发散分析、矛盾问题求解方法融合到裁剪方法中,增强了裁剪元件选择的客观性,为寻找替代资源提供了方向。以剥线机为例对产品进行改进,验证了所提方法的有效性,为可拓学与裁剪方法结合提供了新思路。
