基于知识挖掘的航天产品装配工时定额和管理系统

Abstract: Man-hour quota is the basis for arranging plans and guiding production.Reasonable man-hour quota and management can improve the work efficiency of workers.Considering the inefficient man-hour calculation and nonstandard man-hour management in the current assembly process of aerospace products,a man-hour calculation algorithm based on multiple knowledge model was proposed as well as a man-hour management model for assembly workshop.The assembly time knowledge model including parts,process and equipment knowledge was constructed.The text mining technology was realized to construct the knowledge feature matrix.The relational model was trained on the man-hour characteristics and working hours to obtain the man-hour estimation model through regression analysis.Furthermore,a method of man-hour allocation and collection in flexible assembly workshop was advanced by combining the man-hour management with the whole assembly process of aerospace production.A man-hour quota and management software system was developed and applied to realize the optimized management of man-hour.

摘要: 工时是企业安排计划、指导生产的依据,合理的工时定额和管理方法可以提高工人的工作效率。针对航天产品装配过程中存在的工时定额不准确、工时管理不规范的问题,提出一种基于多元知识模型的工时定额方法和面向装配车间的工时管理模型。首先构建了包含零件、工艺和设备知识的装配工时知识模型,并通过知识挖掘技术构建知识特征矩阵,使用回归分析法构建工时知识特征和工时的关系模型,实现工时准确估算。然后提出了面向航天产品柔性装配车间的工时定额分配和实做工时采集方法,将工时管理与航天企业生产流程相结合。最后,开发了航天产品装配工时定额和管理系统,该系统在某航天企业得到应用,实现了工时的优化管理。
