Demand transformation process based on quality function deployment in product design

产品设计中基于质量功能配置的需求转化过程

Abstract: To fully understand user's needs and define reasonable design parameters in the conceptual design stage of the product,according to the user's expectations of the product to ensure the accuracy of the conceptual design.Based on consumer positioning data,through the hierarchical classification of users' emotional requirements,the rough number algorithm was used to objectively determine the relative importance of each emotional demand,and the key user requirements in product design were identified.The application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was carried out to build a two-level quality house of “emotional requirements-functional requirements” and “functional requirements-design parameters”,the interaction with the users was improved in the form of network interaction in the mapping process,and the ambiguity and uncertainty of demand transformation were reduced.Taking the design of children's assembled toys as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified.

摘要: 为了在产品概念性设计阶段充分理解用户需求,根据用户对产品的期望定义合理的设计参数来保证概念设计的准确性,以消费者定位为基础数据,根据用户情感需求的层次分级,应用粗糙数算法客观地确定各项情感需求的相对重要性,识别产品设计中的关键用户需求;应用质量功能配置构建“情感需求—功能需求”、“功能需求—设计参数”两级质量屋,在映射过程中以网络交互等形式提高与用户的交互性,降低需求转化的模糊性和不确定性。以儿童拼装玩具设计为例说明了该方法的有效性。
