Product delivery strategy and cooperation contract design of mobile application supply chain in presence of quality and delivery time constraints

交付期与质量约束的移动应用供应链产品交付策略与合作契约

Abstract: In a supply chain consists of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) vendor,an APP vendor and a customer enterprise,the ERP vendor and the APP vendor provide a mobile ERP system to the customer enterprise jointly.Focused on the moral hazard problem caused by APP vendor's delivery delay or low quality mobile application software products,a revenue model based on customer enterprise's quality preference and delivery time sensitivity was established,and a cooperation contract based on fixed payment,early delivery award and maintenance cost sharing was proposed.Furthermore,the impact of APP vendor's cost,customer enterprise's quality preference and delivery time sensitivity on APP vendor's decision-making and ERP vendor's contract design strategy was analyzed.The results showed that APP vendor's optimal decisions and ERP vendor's optimal cooperation contract design had different situations when the customer enterprise's quality preference degree and delivery time sensitivity,the APP vendor's cost coefficient and the other parameters had changed.Under a certain condition that the APP vendor's optimal decisions were only influenced by its own cost structure and the customer enterprise's quality preference and delivery time sensitivity.The APP vendor would adopt different strategy combinations when its emergency cost had taken different values and the other parameters were constant.When the customer enterprise's basic requirement on the software quality and delivery time satisfied some conditions,the ERP vendor and APP vendor's decisions would not affect the cooperation performance.Meanwhile,the APP vendor could offer either a cooperation contract based on fixed payment,early delivery award and maintenance cost sharing or a contract based on fixed payment,and the delivery time and maintenance cost sharing and cooperation performance of two kinds of contract was the same.The numerical examples were provided to illustrate the research conclusions,which could provide theoretical guidance and decision-making basis for enterprises to implement mobile management.

摘要: 考虑由ERP厂商、APP厂商与客户企业组成的移动应用供应链,针对ERP厂商与APP厂商产品合作过程中可能产生的APP厂商提供低质量移动应用软件产品或延期交付的道德风险问题,构建了基于客户企业产品质量偏好与交付期敏感的收益模型,提出了基于固定支付、提前交付奖励与维护成本共担的合同设计策略,分析了客户企业质量与交付期敏感程度以及APP厂商的成本结构对APP厂商决策水平与ERP厂商的合同设计策略的影响。研究表明:随客户企业对软件产品的基本要求、质量与交付期敏感程度等外生参数取值不同,合作双方的产品交付策略有准时交付等质量、准时交付高质量、提前交付等质量、提前交付高质量4种交付策略;根据APP厂商的应急成本在不同范围内取值,APP厂商的努力投入与交付期决策有降低努力投入缩短交付时间、降低努力投入延长交付时间、增大努力投入延长交付时间3种不同策略;当客户企业对软件产品质量与交付时间的基本要求满足一定条件时,合作双方的决策结构不影响双方的合作绩效,此时除提供基于固定支付、提前交付奖励与维护成本共担的合作契约外,ERP厂商还可提供基于固定支付、交付时间与维护成本共担的合作契约,且两种合作契约产生的合作绩效相等。
