Abstract: To break the data fusion barriers in the complex manufacturing process and carry out large-scale refined collaborative data-driven manufacturing,the problems encountered in the application and promotion of industrial Internet were analyzed.The opportunity to solve the problems such as industrial big data interconnection,deep integration of human-cyber-physics data,realization of “people in the loop” intelligent decision-making by integrating the smart enabling technologies such as hierarchical digital twin,fog computing/edge computing was discussed.On this basis,a new industrial Internet model based on hierarchical multi-granularity digital twin-Fog Manufacturing (FMfg) was proposed.The definition of FMfg was given,and the differences between FMfg and traditional industrial internet as well as CMfg were analyzed.The classification of digital twin models in FMfg mode was discussed,and a fast modeling method based on self-similar fractal theory was proposed.A management and control mechanism for human-cyber-physics and virtual fusion driving based on digital twinning was proposed.The feasibility and effectiveness of FMfg were verified by a typical application in machining.

摘要： 为打破复杂制造过程中数据融合壁垒并开展大规模的精细化协同数据驱动制造,分析了目前工业互联网在应用推广等方面遇到的问题,阐述了层次化数字孪生、雾计算/边缘计算等新使能技术对解决工业大数据互联互通、人机物数据深度融合、实现“人在回路”智能决策等问题的契机。在此基础上提出一种基于层次化多粒度数字孪生的、可定制重构的工业互联网新模式——雾制造。给出了雾制造的定义,分析了雾制造与传统工业互联网、云制造等的区别。讨论了该模式下一种数字孪生模型的分类,并提出基于自相似分形理论的快速建模方法。在此基础上,提出一种基于数字孪生的人机物虚实融合驱动管控机制。最后,以一个机加工的典型应用为案例验证了所提雾制造模式的可行性和有效性。
