Abstract: To realize the functional requirement of system was the essence of design,but the Design-Centric Complexity (DCC) existed in the system was one of the main reasons for failure to achieve functional requirements.By analyzing the cause of DCC,transforming it into additional effect chain and eliminating the additional effect of system,DCC was reduced.Based on definition of effect,the definition of ideal effect and additional effect were given,and the relationship between DCC and additional effect was analyzed.The design matrix A to express relationship between design parameters and functional requirements was extended to general design matrix As,which not only expressed the relationship among design parameters but also expressed super system's influence on system.Through the relationship between functional requirements,general design matrix and additional effect,the analysis model of DCC process based on additional effect was proposed.An engineering instance was used to verified the design process.

摘要： 针对系统中存在的设计过程复杂性导致功能需求无法实现的问题,通过分析系统中设计过程复杂性产生的原因,并将其转化为附加效应链,消除系统的附加效应来减小系统的设计过程复杂性。在效应定义的基础上,给出了理想效应和附加效应的定义;分析了设计过程复杂性与附加效应的关系,将表达设计参数和功能需求之间的设计矩阵A扩展为广义设计矩阵As,As不但表达了设计参数之间的关系,还可以表达超系统对系统的影响;通过功能需求—广义设计矩阵—附加效应之间的关系,建立了基于附加效应的设计过程复杂性分析过程模型。通过一个工程实例验证了该设计过程的科学性。
