Abstract: The complex network theory was applied to complex product modeling.The parts were defined as the vertices and the physical connections among parts were defined as the edges to set the pre-defined function load as the edge weight,by which the weighted-directed complex network model of complex product was constructed.The degree and degree distribution were statistically analyzed to clarify the type of network.The indices system included part feature,network topological feature and change impact feature to evaluate the part importance was established,and the fuzzy evaluation model based on entropy weight was employed to evaluate the part importance.The kernel parts were selected as the alternatives to be changed to quantitatively assess the design change propagation impact of complex product by using BBV evolution model for scale-free network.The design change propagation impact assessment of a certain crawler crane variant was established to elaborate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.

摘要： 为防范复杂产品设计变更过程中易产生的雪崩效应,将复杂网络理论应用于复杂产品结构建模中,以零部件为节点,以零部件之间的物理链接关系为边,定义了功能负载值为边的权重,建立了有向加权的复杂产品零部件网络模型。对网络模型的度、度分布等核心参数进行统计分析,确定了网络类型。从零部件自身属性、网络拓扑属性、变更影响属性等方面定义了零部件重要度评价指标体系,并采用熵权模糊评价法评价零部件重要度。选取重要零部件,采用BBV无标度网络演化模型对复杂产品设计变更传播影响进行定量化评估。以某型号履带起重机设计变更传播影响评估为例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
