Abstract: During the activities of company product Research & Development (R&D) activities,there are generally two design types: Market-driven Orientation (MDnO) and Market-driving Orientation (MDgO),and the latter is the inevitable choices and challenges for large and medium-sized enterprises.To realize the mode MDgO,a new strategy which could explore the future product in the future market was proposed by integrating several methods such as endogenous requirements analysis,Kano's model,QFD and analytic hierarchy process.A device for sludge deep dewatering was taken as an example to show the process and demonstrate the effectiveness of its application.

摘要： 产品研发活动包括市场驱动导向和驱动市场导向两种设计模式,后者是各大、中型企业,甚至一些小企业生存和发展的必然选择和挑战。针对驱动市场导向模式的创新实现,通过集成应用需求内生分析、Kano模型、质量功能展开、层次分析法等方法,提出一种探究未来市场未来产品的创新设计方法,并对其应用的过程进行了阐述。最后,以污泥深度脱水设备研发为例,演示并验证了所提方法的应用过程及有效性。
