Abstract: Aiming at the complexity of manufacturing industry for using Internet of things (IOT).according to analyze the applications of IOT technology and the operation mechanism of IOT enabled Assembly System of Mechanical Products (IOT-ASMP),the complexity of IOT-ASMP was researched with information entropy theory in IOT environment of manufacturing industry.On this basis,an IOT-entropy based complexity metrics method which included configuration-entropy and interconnection-entropy was presented,and models of configuration-entropy and interconnection-entropy were built.A case study was developed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method,which would provide an important reference value for designing,controlling and optimizing the IOT-based manufacturing systems.

摘要: 针对制造业应用物联网技术带来的复杂性问题,以制造业物联网环境下机械产品装配系统为研究对象,在分析制造业物联网技术应用模式和装配系统运行机制的基础上,综合运用信息熵相关理论研究了制造业物联网环境下机械产品装配系统的复杂性测度,提出基于物联熵(组态熵和互联熵)的机械产品装配系统复杂性度量方法,建立了系统的组态熵与互联熵度量模型。实例求解验证了物联熵度量系统复杂性的有效性和可行性,所提方法有望为制造业物联网环境下的机械产品装配系统的设计、智能控制和优化等提供有效的度量依据。
