考虑自动化/人工混合站位的装配系统瞬态产能计算方法

Abstract: Intelligent decision-making is one of the key elements of establishing the intelligent workshop.The accurate evaluation of real-time system running states is the precondition to make intelligent decisions.A novel algorithm was proposed for the calculation of transient throughput of assembly systems,which consisted of the automatic and the operator-based combined workstations.The reliability model of each workstation was built considering the entropy theory and the human cognitive reliability.The transient behaviors of workstations were characterized by analyzing the transient state set of stations and buffers reversely.The transient state-mapping matrix transient states of assembly lines were represented,and the system throughput of transient states was solved by using the process of iterations.Compared with the simulation results,the feasibility of the proposed method was demonstrated.

摘要: 智能决策是构建智能车间的关键要素之一,准确掌握系统实时运行状态是影响智能决策制定的先决条件。针对自动化/人工两类站位混合并存的装配系统,提出一种系统运行瞬态阶段实时产能的计算方法。首先,基于信息熵理论与认知可靠性模型构建站位可靠性模型;其次,通过构造工作站位与缓冲区的瞬时状态集,完成系统运行中工作站位瞬态行为的逆向建模;然后,建立系统瞬时状态映射关系矩阵,通过递推法对系统的瞬态产能进行求解;最后,通过实例分析验证了该方法的有效性和适用性。
