Abstract: To meet the development requirement of manufacturing innovation and servitization,the conception of updating the manufacturing equipment and manufacturing model to wisdom generation in future was put forward under the impetus of ubiquitous information and high-tech group.The evolution of manufacturing equipment was analyzed,and wisdom manufacturing was analyzed under the perspectives of network convergence,socio-cyber-physical system,embedded innovation and personalization service.Prototypical cases in wisdom manufacturing at home and abroad were given,which could helps to understand the ways and means from NC generation to wisdom generation in a common perspective.

摘要： 为满足制造业创新与服务化发展的需要,在普适信息、高技术群体发展的推动下,提出未来制造业中制造装备、制造模式升级到“智慧一代”的构想。分析了制造装备的进化历程,并从网络融合、社会信息物理系统、嵌入式创新与个性化服务视角下分析了智慧制造,给出国内外具有智慧制造雏形的案例,以有助于从共性角度理解由“数控一代”上升到“智慧一代”的方法和途径。
