逆向工程辅助零部件再制造关键技术及应用

Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as more artificial participation,high experience dependence,low repair efficiency and poor reliability in remanufacturing process of worn-out parts,an overall procedure of reverse engineering aided remanufacturing for worn-out parts repairing was proposed,and the key technologies of worn-out parts model's reconstruction and defect model's extraction were elaborated.Through separating the defective region from the non-defective region in the scanned point cloud,the passing region of feature outline was judged automatically and the precision of reverse modeling was ensured.A registration method based on modified Interactive Closest Point (ICP) algorithm was proposed,which could automatic eliminate the points in the defective region,and improve the registration accuracy of defective model and original model.The proposed methods were verified by actual repairing cases.

摘要: 针对废旧零部件再制造过程中人工参与多、经验依赖性强、修复效率低、可靠性差等问题,从系统的角度提出逆向工程辅助废旧零部件再制造的流程框架,并就其中的关键技术废旧零部件原始模型重构和缺损部位模型的提取两方面进行阐述。通过分离点云数据中的损伤区域与完好区域,自动判断特征轮廓线是否经过点云损伤区域,保证了逆向建模的精度|提出一种基于改进迭代最近点算法的配准方法,该配准方法能够自动剔除损伤区域的点,提高损伤模型与原始模型的配准精度,保证缺损部位模型提取的准确性。最后通过实际修复案例,对所提方法进行了验证
