基于特征的反求工程技术研究

Abstract: To promote the use of feature-based techniques in Reverse Engineering (RE) and support innovative design, feature-based reverse engineering technology was systematically studied. Based on analysis and summarization of the concept and development trend of feature-based RE. The section feature-based and surface feature-based modeling strategies were proposed, and the relationships of the two types of strategies in feature-based RE were also discussed. The example of blade reconstruction indicated that with application of two strategies in feature-based RE, parametric CAD model with higher precision and better quality could be reconstructed rapidly.

摘要: 为了进一步推动特征技术在反求工程中的应用,支持产品的创新设计,系统地研究了对基于特征的反求工程技术;分析和总结了基于特征的反求工程技术的概念和发展方向;提出了基于曲面特征和基于截面特征的2种建模策略,并分析了它们在基于特征的反求工程建模中的关系。通过叶片的重建实例表明,在基于特征的反求工程中,综合运用2种建模策略,可以高效率地重建出满足精度要求的、高质量的参数化计算机辅助设计模型。
