Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the cable bending radius is too small or too large caused by the unreasonable cable laying,the automatic detection of cable wiring bending radius was proposed based on the hierarchical expression of the topology structure.The topology structure of the cable was analyzed and expressed hierarchically by using the directed weighted sparse graph,and the intricate relationship between the cables was expounded.The physical characteristics modeling was carried out to ensure the real shape of the cable to a certain extent,and the cable was abstracted into a space curve by using the vector function theory,the cable was geometrically modeled,and the cable bending radius formula was deduced.By improving the breadth-first search algorithm to completely traverse the information of the directed weighted sparse graph of the cable,the bending degree of the cable in 3D model was automatically detected,and the corresponding functional module was developed.Proved by examples,this method could quickly and efficiently automatically detect and judge the bending radius of the digital cable during wiring design,which provided convenience for cable wiring designers.

摘要: 针对线缆产品在使用过程中,因线缆敷设不合理所产生的线缆弯曲半径过小而导致线缆故障的问题,提出了基于拓扑结构分层表达的线缆布线弯曲半径自动检测方法。首先利用有向加权稀疏图对线缆的拓扑结构进行分析以及分层表达,阐述了线缆之间错综复杂的关系;然后对线缆进行物理特性建模,在一定程度上保证了线缆实际敷设时的真实形态,并利用向量函数理论将线缆抽象为空间曲线,对线缆进行几何建模,推导了线缆弯曲半径公式;最后通过改进广度优先搜索算法完整的遍历线缆有向加权稀疏图的信息,对三维模型内的线缆弯曲度进行自动检测,开发了相应的功能模块。通过实例证明,该方法可以在布线设计时快速且高效地对数字化线缆进行弯曲半径自动检测和判断,为线缆布线设计人员提供了便利。
