Abstract: With the integration of industrial servitization and digitization,the spillover of service-oriented manufacturing mode between horizontal enterprises presents a double-edged sword effect.How to avoid harm and seek benefits,and enhance the positive spillover effect of service-oriented manufacturing mode has become a worthwhile issue to explore.A Stackelberg dynamic game model under the leadership of leading enterprises was constructed,and the performance of blocking and sharing new data knowledge generated after following enterprises practice mode was compared.For the service-oriented manufacturing mode that followed the new data knowledge sharing of enterprises,a positive spillover enhancement mechanism was designed.The findings showed that the positive spillover of service-oriented manufacturing mode between horizontal enterprises could promote the formation of a closed loop within the industry for the interaction of model experience and data knowledge;the digital platforms supported data and knowledge sharing,maximizing overall industrial value creation;providing two types of commission discounts from leading enterprises to following enterprises could enhance the positive spillover effect of service-oriented manufacturing mode among horizontal enterprises.

摘要： 在产业服务化与数字化交融呈现的背景下,横向企业间服务型制造模式溢出呈现出“双刃剑”的效应,如何避害求利,增强服务型制造模式正向溢出效应成为一个值得探究的问题。构建了领先企业主导的Stackelberg动态博弈模型,对比跟随企业对模式实践过程中产生的新数据知识封锁、共享两种情形下的均衡结果,设计了考虑跟随企业新数据知识共享的服务型制造模式正向溢出增强机制。研究表明:横向企业间服务型制造模式正向溢出能促进产业内形成模式经验、数据知识相互共享的闭环;在数字平台支持下横向企业间的数据知识共享能够实现产业整体价值创造的更大化;领先企业对跟随企业提供佣金折扣能增强横向企业间服务型制造模式的正向溢出效应。
