Abstract: The sharing of production capacity is helpful to improve the utilization efficiency of manufacturing resources and reduce the adverse effects brought by the unbalanced production capacity.Based on the characteristics of production capacity,the supply and demand matching algorithm for production capacity sharing was proposed.The matching degree of supply-demand information of production order was calculated,and the supply-demand matching process of production capacity sharing on “T platform” was analyzed.A transparent production capacity sharing model was constructed and the share price per unit production capacity was given.An example was given to analyze the relationship between information transparency and capacity sharing price,at the same time,the relationship between sharing transaction cost coefficient and capacity sharing price was analyzed.The influence rule of participants' information transparency and sharing transaction cost coefficient on the willingness of production capacity sharing was obtained.

摘要： 生产能力共享有助于提高制造资源的利用效率,减少企业生产能力不均衡带来的不利影响。基于生产能力资源的特点,提出面向生产能力共享的供需匹配算法。计算生产订单供需信息匹配度,分析了T平台的生产能力共享供需匹配的具体过程。构建了透明的生产能力共享模型,并求解得出单位生产能力共享价格,通过算例分析了产能供需双方的信息透明度及共享交易成本系数与产能共享价格的关系,得到产能供需双方的信息透明度和共享交易成本系数对企业的生产能力共享意愿的影响规律等。
