Abstract: To scientifically evaluate the level and effectiveness of the Industrial Internet Platform (IIP) applied by enterprises,guide enterprises to establish and improve the path and mechanism of the IIP,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the IIP application ecology in China,a set of IIP evaluation system was proposed for guiding and standardizing the healthy development of IIP.The basic framework of evaluation was established from five dimensions of strategy and organization,basic conditions,platform application,business innovation and efficiency and benefit.A specific evaluation system was given,and a professional evaluation system was built based on the evaluation system.By collecting IIP application data of more than 1 400 enterprises,the application level and efficiency of IIP of manufacturing enterprises in China were comprehensively analyzed from different perspectives such as equipment on the cloud,industrial knowledge accumulation and reuse,industrial APP innovative application,etc.This system provided useful reference for manufacturing enterprises,service providers,industry organizations,governments,and other related parties to carry out the popularization and application of IIP,and scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of platform applications.

摘要： 为科学评价企业应用工业互联网平台的水平及成效,引导企业建立健全上平台用平台的路径和机制,推动我国工业互联网平台应用生态持续健康发展,提出一套用于引导和规范平台健康发展的工业互联网平台评价体系,从战略与组织、基础条件、平台应用、业务创新和效能效益5个维度建立了评价的基本框架,给出了具体的评价体系,并基于该体系建设了一套专业评估系统。通过系统采集1 400余家企业工业互联网平台应用数据,从设备上云、工业知识沉淀复用、工业APP创新应用等不同视角全面分析了我国制造企业工业互联网平台应用水平与效能效益,为制造企业、平台服务商、行业组织、政府等相关方开展工业互联网平台应用推广、科学评价平台应用成效提供了有益的借鉴。
