Abstract: To clear the research status and research direction,numerous related literatures from warranty strategy viewpoint and maintenance strategy were reviewed,and the future research direction was put forward.Through literature review and analysis,the research prospects could promote the development of warranty maintenance strategy theory and provide important guidance to manufacturers.

摘要： 为了明晰产品保证维修策略的研究动态,探知产品保证维修策略的研究方向,通过大量相关文献回顾,分别从产品保证策略和维修策略两个维度对产品保证维修策略进行细致分析,提出新环境下产品保证维修策略进一步的研究方向。通过研究现状回顾与趋势分析,可以促进产品保证维修策略理论发展,并为制造企业制定产品保证维修策略提供参考。
