Abstract: To improve the overall operational performance of supply chain,aiming at the imperfect problem of carbon trading market mechanism in our country,the sharing mechanism of surplus carbon emission quota in supply chain enterprises by establishing trading models of supply chain under the constraint of carbon emissions was researched,and compared the trading price,transactions number and profits of two supply chain enterprises under the mechanism with that of no sharing mechanism.The study showed that when manufacturer's surplus carbon emission quotas met supplier's demand,the sharing mechanism could enable the transaction prices to lower,the transactions number and the parties profits to increase,which improved the performance of supply chain;when manufacturer's surplus carbon emission quotas not met supplier's demand,the transaction prices would rise but the number of transactions reduce,and the sharing mechanism was invalid.

摘要： 为了提高供应链的整体运作绩效,在我国现阶段碳交易市场机制不完善的情况下,建立了碳排放约束下的供应链交易模型,研究了供应链企业间剩余碳排放配额共享机制,并将共享机制下的供应链交易价格、交易数量、双方利润与无共享机制的情况进行对比分析。研究表明,当制造商的剩余碳排放配额能满足供应商的需求时,碳排放配额共享机制能降低交易价格、增加交易数量及双方利润,供应链运作绩效得到提高;当制造商的剩余碳排放配额不能满足供应商的需求时,共享机制下的交易价格上涨、交易数量减少,碳排放配额共享机制无效。
