面向不确定信息的复杂装备制造方案

Abstract: To solve the problem of selecting the optimal manufacturing suppliers in difficulty leading by uncertain information in the manufacturing Internet of things, a solving method of manufacturing solution oriented to uncertain information method for complex equipments was proposed. On the basis of considering the manufacturing Internet of things uncertain information, a multi suppliers decision model was established. The matching degree between manufacturing solutions and the target solution was measured by set pair contact degrees. Through the proposed method, the set pair contact degrees of manufacturing solutions were calculated, and the solutions were fuzzy clustered and sorted. The influence of uncertain information on sorting result was analyzed by using statistics of stochastic simulation and fuzzy set value, which could provide the high efficient and quick technology for multimanufacturing supply chain planning. The manufacturing progress of a certain spindle was provided to illustrate the application and validation of the proposed method.

摘要: 针对制造物联中的不确定信息导致难以高效选择最优制造供应商的问题,提出一种面向不确定信息的复杂装备制造方案设计求解方法。在综合考虑制造物联不确定信息的基础上,建立了制造物联多供应商决策模型,利用同异反联系度度量物联制造方案与物联用户需求间的匹配程度,通过面向不确定信息的复杂装备制造方案设计求解方法,计算制造方案的同异反联系度和模糊聚类并初步排序,利用随机模拟和模糊集值统计分析不确定因素对排序结果的影响,为制造物联用户提供高效、敏捷的不确定信息的多制造方案供应链规划技术。通过高精坐标镗床主轴物联制造过程验证了所提方法的准确性和高效性。
