Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the machining coordinate calculation of non-circular surface parts tangential point tracing grinding was complicated,a method to describe the tool path by adopting the angle between the curvature circle tangent and pole connection at the grinding point was proposed,and a new non-circular curve X-C linkage machining model was established.The non-circular X-C machining coordinate computational formula with machining allowance was designed,and the model error was analyzed from allowance,wheel radius and model calculation error.The oval piston,square tools cutter and cam processing were taken as example respectively to verify the processing simulation and model error by using wheel reversal experiment.The processing simulation and processing experiment results showed the correctness of X-C processing model.

摘要： 针对非圆曲面零件加工坐标计算比较复杂的问题,提出根据磨削点处曲率圆切线与极点连线间的夹角描述加工轨迹的方法,建立了一种新的非圆曲面回转类零件切点跟踪X-C联动加工模型;提出带加工余量的X-C联动加工坐标计算公式,并从加工余量、砂轮半径变化和模型误差三个角度对非圆曲面切点跟踪加工模型误差进行分析。分别以椭圆活塞、方形车刀和凸轮磨削为例,采用砂轮反转法进行了加工轨迹仿真及模型误差分析验证,并在数控凸轮轴磨床上进行了凸轮磨削试验及加工误差分析。通过三种零件的仿真加工与凸轮磨削实验验证了模型的准确性及通用性,为非圆曲面类零件加工提供了依据。
