Supply-demand bilateral matching model of shared manufacturing platform considering global satisfaction

考虑全局满意度的共享制造平台供需双边匹配模型

Abstract: To comprehensively consider the satisfaction of supply and demand participants and enhance the efficiency of matching on a shared manufacturing platform,a matching model was developed based on the dependencies between suppliers and demanders.By constructing a collaborative network among suppliers and a competitive network among demanders,satisfaction levels within the supplier group and within the demander group were calculated.Additionally,multiple attributes of the enterprises were factored in to determine the satisfaction between supply and demand sides.Aimed to maximize the commission of the sharing manufacturing platform,the internal satisfaction of the supplier and the demand side,and the satisfaction between supply and demand,a matching model of supply and demand for shared manufacturing was built.The optimal matching scheme was obtained by solving the model with an improved non-dominated particle swarm algorithm and a weighted TOPSIS method.Finally,an example was provided to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.

摘要: 为了全面综合地考虑供需匹配主体的满意度,提升共享制造供需匹配的效率,基于共享制造平台供给方和需求方之间存在依赖关系的特征,通过构建供给方之间的协同网络和需求方之间的竞争网络,计算供给方和需求方内部满意度;同时考虑企业多种属性得到供需之间的满意度;以共享制造平台佣金、供给方和需求方内部满意度及供需之间满意度最大化为目标,建立共享制造供需匹配模型,运用改进非支配粒子群算法和加权TOPSIS方法求解得到最优匹配方案,最后通过一个算例验证本文模型的可行性和有效性。
