Abstract: Aiming at the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing system and the improvement of production efficiency,the combined optimization method of mixed-model sequencing and parallel two-sided assembly line balancing was proposed.According to the respective characteristics of parallel assembly line and two-sided assembly line,the r-q partition layout of parallel two-sided assembly line was defined.Considering the dual optimization of multi-product mixed-model sequencing and parallel two-sided assembly line balancing,a mathematical model for the balance of mixed-model parallel two-sided assembly line was established,and a heuristic algorithm based on multi-level constraints was proposed.Combined with 25 classic calculation examples,the obtained number of workstations was compared with the balance result of the two-sided mixed-model assembly line.The results showed that the mixed-model parallel two-sided assembly line could reduce the number of workstations and shorten the length of the assembly line.By calculating the two system evaluation indexes of balance rate and smoothness index,it was verified that the model and heuristic algorithm could effectively balance the load of workstations and improve the balance efficiency of the system.

摘要: 针对智能制造系统升级和生产效率的提升问题,提出混流排序和平行双边装配线平衡联合优化方法。根据平行和双边装配线各自的特点,定义了平行双边装配线r-q分区布局,考虑多产品混流排序与平行双边装配线平衡的双重优化,建立混流平行双边装配线平衡数学模型,提出基于多级约束的启发式算法,结合25个经典算例进行求解,将求得的工作站数与混流双边装配线平衡的结果进行对比,结果表明混流平行双边装配线能够减少工作站数量,缩短装配线长度。通过计算平衡率和平滑指数两个平衡系统指标,验证了模型和启发式算法能够有效均衡工作站负载,提高系统的平衡效率。
