Abstract: To break the knowledge limitation and design fixation in the process of trimming innovation design and improve the efficiency and quality of mining resources,a knowledge-driven trimming method guided by Structural Mapping Theory (SMT) was proposed.Based on the SMT model,the X-resource was characterized by the attribute layer and the relationship structure layer of function,spatial and connection respectively.The relationship structure and attribute were expressed vectorially,and the available resources in the system were discovered and mined by vectorial similarity calculation,then the personal knowledge was fully invoked for system functional reorganization;the patent knowledge was determined by the logic of initially acquiring,then optimally choosing and finally ranking.To assist system resource mining,the SMT-based patent knowledge characterization and mapping model was constructed,which provided specific and objective patent knowledge for the system functional reorganization.Finally,the model of SMT-guided knowledge-driven trimming innovation design process was formed,and the validity and feasibility of the model was verified by the design examples of small corn threshers.

摘要: 为打破裁剪创新设计过程中的知识局限和设计固定,提高资源挖掘的效率和质量,提出一种结构映射理论(SMT)引导下知识驱动的裁剪方法。首先,基于SMT知识表征模型,分别从功能、空间、连接等关系结构层以及属性层进行X-资源表征,将关系结构和属性向量化表达,通过向量相似度计算发现并挖掘系统可用资源,充分调用个人知识进行系统功能重组;其次,按照先初步获取、后优选、再排序的逻辑确定专利知识并构建基于SMT的专利知识表征与映射模型辅助系统资源挖掘,为系统功能重组过程提供具体且客观的专利知识;最后,形成了SMT引导下知识驱动的裁剪创新设计过程模型,并以小型玉米脱粒机的设计实例验证了该模型的有效性和可行性。
