基于混合区间可能度的产品结构不确定性设计

Abstract: Aiming at the uncertainty of product performance caused by manufacturing and installation errors,a design method of product structure with uncertainty based on hybrid interval possibility was proposed.A hybrid interval possibility model was defined,and the transformation framework of interval optimization problem based on hybrid interval possibility model was given.A double nested cuckoo algorithm based on adaptive strategy and beetle antennae search operator was proposed,and was compared with Cuckoo Search (CS) algorithm,Adaptive Cuckoo Search (ACS) algorithm,Improved Cuckoo Search (ICS) algorithm and Dynamic Cuckoo Search (DCS) algorithm by using test functions.On this basis,three practical engineering design problems of safety gear,ten-bar truss and cantilever beam were taken as examples to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

摘要: 针对由制造安装误差等不确定因素导致产品工作性能不确定的问题,提出基于混合区间可能度的产品结构不确定性设计方法。定义了一种混合区间可能度模型,给出基于混合区间可能度模型的区间优化问题转换框架。提出基于自适应策略和天牛须算子的双层嵌套布谷鸟算法,利用测试函数对比所提算法与基本布谷鸟算法(CS)、自适应布谷鸟算法(ACS)、改进布谷鸟算法(ICS)、动态布谷鸟算法(DCS)4种算法的寻优性能。在此基础上,以安全钳、十杆桁架及悬臂梁3个工程实际设计问题为例,验证了所提出方法的可行性与有效性。
