基于椭圆傅里叶的产品外形意象设计

Abstract: Aiming at the problems and shortcomings of product form image design in the aspects of morphological description,location of perceptual image and construction of image regression model,a research method of product form image design based on elliptic Fourier analysis was proposed.In this method,the elliptic Fourier analysis on product profile obtained from the previous image processing was performed to extracted elliptical Fourier principal component data,on which the correlation and regression analysis was conducted to construct perceptual image comprehensive scoring model and principal component evaluation model.The perceptual image comprehensive scoring model of all samples was used to determine the key perceptual image items and their importance rankings,and further clarify the design goals.The principal component evaluation model of individual scheme to was utilized to evaluate and guide the optimization of creative form schemes.The application research of car side profile image design was taken as the example to further verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.

摘要: 针对当前产品外形意象设计研究在形态描述、关键感性意象定位及感性意象拟合模型构建等方面存在的问题与不足,提出一种基于椭圆傅里叶分析的产品外形意象设计研究方法。该方法通过对经图像处理得到的样本外形轮廓进行椭圆傅里叶分析,提取到包含外形信息的椭圆傅里叶主成分数据,对数据进行相关分析和回归分析,构建出感性意象综合评分模型和主成分评价模型。采用总体样本的感性意象综合评分模型确定关键感性意象项目及其重要性排序,以此明确外形设计目标,再以个体方案的主成分评价模型评价并指导创意外形方案的优化。以汽车侧面外形意象设计的应用研究为例,进一步验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
