基于多类混合信息表征的民航应急预案评估模型

Abstract: In terms of the civil aviation emergency plan evaluation based on hybrid representations of intuitionistic fuzzy number,interval-value fuzzy number and hesitant fuzzy element,a novel Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making (MAGDM) method with completely unknown weights was proposed.The evaluation index system of civil aviation emergency plan was first constructed from the perspective of the content of emergency plan.Moreover,an improved iterative entropy weight method was utilized to simultaneously determine the weights of attributes and decision makers.The final ranking of civil aviation emergency plan was obtained on the basis of the weighted TOPSIS method.The feasibility and rationality of the proposed model were demonstrated with a case study as well as a comparison.

摘要: 针对以直觉模糊数、区间值模糊数和犹豫模糊数混合表征的民航应急预案评估问题,提出一种决策者和决策属性权重信息完全未知的多属性群决策模型。从预案内容的角度梳理了民航应急预案评估的指标体系;为有效避免主观赋权所导致的不合理性,基于改进迭代熵权法客观且同时确定决策属性和决策者权重信息;结合加权TOPSIS方法获取民航应急预案最终排序。通过算例和对比分析表明了模型的可行性和合理性。
