人机协同的柔性作业车间炼钢—连铸重调度方法

Abstract: Urgent charge plan and adding refining procedure often occur in the Steelmaking-Continuous Casting (SCC) production,the existing method cannot solve these rescheduling problems effectively.Aiming at the rescheduling problem of flexible job shop,a rescheduling method based on human-computer cooperation was proposed which included human-computer cooperation based processing equipment decision algorithm and linear programming based starting time and completion time decision algorithm.The rescheduling method allowed the system to remain alert to this type of disruption in real SCC production,and to quickly react it with an optimal rescheduling plan that had the minimum total waiting time.Through the production application in Shanghai BaoSteel plant,the effectiveness of the proposed method was proved.

摘要: 炼钢—连铸过程中会出现增加精炼工序、紧急炉次计划插入等扰动,已有方法难以有效解决该类重调度问题。针对中国宝钢炼钢厂生产中需要调度人员参与优化调整的柔性作业车间生产重调度问题,提出由基于人机协同的炉次加工设备调整、基于线性规划的炉次开工和完工时间调整两部分组成的人机协同重调度策略,给出各部分调度算法,开发了重调度系统并应用于生产实际。通过时间大延迟程度下重调度、某一炉次增加精炼工序进行升温处理的重调度案例分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。
