Abstract: To improve the efficiency and quality of NC machining programming for complex ribs top planar surface in Aircraft Structural Parts (ASP),a skeleton computation method with sub-domain division was presented based on idea of divide and conquer,and the tool paths for top planar surface of ribs in Aircraft Structural Parts(ASP) was generated to solve the problems of NC machining programming such as low efficiency and unstable quality.A multi-level model of planar domain consisted of integrated domain,branch sub-domain and element domain was proposed.Secondly,after subdomain division According to the multi-level model,the subdomain was made for planar domain,and the element skeleton within element domain was computed by iterative tracking step by step.By connecting element skeleton,the skeleton of integrated domain was obtained.By utilizing the skeleton of integrated domain,NC machining tool path for top planar surface of ribs was generated.Examples were given to illustrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method.

摘要: 为了提高飞机结构件复杂平顶筋的数控加工编程效率与质量,提出基于分治思想的平面域骨架分区计算方法,利用骨架生成飞机结构件平顶筋数控加工刀轨,以解决飞机结构件中平顶筋数控编程效率低且质量不稳定等问题。首先基于分治思想给出由完整平面域、分支子区域和单元区域构成的层次模型;然后依据层次模型对平面域进行分区,逐步跟踪迭代求解单元区域内的单元骨架,通过单元骨架拼接得到完整平面域的骨架;最后利用骨架生成飞机结构件平顶筋数控加工刀轨。通过实例测试结果验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
