Abstract: To reduce the beam structure quality and mass/inertia of high-layer leather cutting machine,and to improve its structural rigidity,an integrated optimization design method that combined system modeling,structure simulation,response surface model with multi-objective optimization was proposed.By using orthogonal experiment,the response surface model for beam structure was constructed to obtain the approximate model.A multi-objective searching method based on Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) was adopted to generate Pareto optimal solution sets.As evidenced in the simulation,the proposed method could effectively find design solutions for improving all the conflicting objectives,and had practical value for increasing dynamic performance and reducing energy consumption for high-speed leather cutting machine.

摘要： 为降低高层数控裁床的支撑梁质量和运动惯量,提高其结构刚度,提出一种多种工程分析手段为一体的集成式优化设计方法,即结构建模、系统仿真、面向应模型与多目标优化相结合的优化策略。利用正交试验对支撑梁做面响应分析,从而获取近似模型。进一步采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行多目标寻优搜索生成Pareto最优解集。计算结果表明,该方法不但可以有效地寻找到在支撑梁质量和结构刚度上都有很大改善的方案,并且对提高布料裁床动态性能、降低能耗也具有很好的工程应用价值。
