Abstract: To meet the customer's demand and achieve the maximum customer satisfaction while enterprises made the implementation plan of Product-Service System (PSS),an implementation solution planning method oriented to customer demand was proposed.The PSS implementation category was analyzed,and the types of PSS service models were discussed.The implementation solution planning methodology of enterprise PSS was proposed,which included PSS category planning phase stage and PSS core business planning phase stage,and each phase consisted of several steps and quantitative calculation methods.A PSS implementation case of mining machinery enterprise was given to verify the methodology proposed,and the results showed that the methodology could offer effective decision-making for enterprise PSS implementation.

摘要： 企业在进行产品服务系统规划时为了满足客户需求、实现客户满意度的最大化,提出一套面向客户需求的企业产品服务系统实施方案规划方法。分析了产品服务系统的实施类别,讨论了不同类别产品服务系统的服务模式;提出产品服务系统实施方案规划方法学,包括产品服务系统实施类别确定和产品服务系统核心业务确定两个阶段,每个阶段由多个步骤和定量化计算方法组成。通过某矿山机械企业产品服务系统的实施对所提方法学进行了验证,结果表明该方法学能为企业实施产品服务系统提供有效的决策与支持。
