分批优化调度问题综述及面向节能研究展望

Abstract: To adapt to the production requirement of efficiency improvement and energy consumption reduction in lot production,the production scheduling with lot splitting was forecasted.A comprehensive survey was presented on production scheduling problem with lot splitting,which included problem description,scheduling strategies,problem classification and impact of lot splitting on performance of production system.The current research progressed on production scheduling problem with lot splitting and energy-saving production scheduling were reviewed,respectively.The remaining existing problems were discussed.Some suggestions were concluded for future research on energy-saving oriented production scheduling with lot splitting.

摘要: 为了适应批量生产背景下生产系统提高效率、降低能耗的需求,对分批优化调度问题进行了综述与展望。从问题描述、分批调度策略、问题分类、批量划分对系统性能的影响4个方面介绍了分批优化调度问题;分别介绍国内外学者在分批优化调度和节能生产调度领域取得的研究成果,指出尚需深入和完善的问题。对节能分批优化调度未来研究工作提出了建议。
