Abstract: To reduce the deformation errors of cylindrical gear setting and promote the form grinding accuracy in the process of form grinding,the mathematical model with gear setting coupling errors was established based on form grinding principle of involute cylindrical gears.According to the gear measurement standard,a method to calculate the tooth surface deviations was proposed.The relationship of ground tooth surface deviations with respect to the gear eccentric error,the inclination error and the resultant error of two mentioned errors were investigated respectively.The sensitive errors were derived from the tooth flanks deviations by analyzing the gear setting errors.The experimental results showed the validity of the research conclusion,and the influence rule of gear setting coupling errors could be used to error tracing and identification in form grinding method.

摘要： 为了减小成形磨齿过程中齿轮装夹位姿和受力的变形误差、提高成形磨齿的加工精度,基于渐开线圆柱齿轮的成形磨齿原理,建立含齿轮装夹位姿误差的成形磨齿数学模型,依据渐开线圆柱齿轮的评价指标提出一种齿面误差的评定方法,并分析了齿轮装夹位姿误差对成形磨齿精度的影响,分别研究了齿轮装夹偏心误差、倾角误差、偏心与倾角耦合误差对成形磨齿精度的影响规律,得到3种不同条件下的齿面偏差对齿轮装夹位姿误差的误差敏感项。通过成形磨齿加工实例验证了所得规律的正确性,表明齿轮装夹位姿误差耦合作用规律可为齿圈装夹受力变形提供参考,同时其研究方法可为成形磨齿误差溯源和误差辨识提供依据。
