Abstract: The identification of potential process failure mode in multi-varieties and small-batch custom-built production and its effect evaluation were researched.The model of process elements was adopted to propose an innovative identification program and criteria of potential process failure mode.A multi-dimensional evaluation model based on principle of feedback control was constructed to quantitative evaluate the severity,occurrence and detection of potential process failure mode.The proposed method was applied to a certain type of aircraft assembly process to illustrate its effectiveness.

摘要: 研究了多品种小批量定制生产过程的潜在工艺失效模式的识别及其影响评估问题,提出了基于工艺过程构成要素模型的潜在工艺失效模式的判定准则和识别程序,构建了基于反馈控制原理的定量评估潜在工艺失效模式的严酷度、发生概率和可探测度的多维评价模型,并将研究结果应用于某型飞机装配工艺过程,验证了所提工艺失效模式及影响分析技术的普适性和有效性。
