面向机构组件装配的偏差源等效分析方法

Abstract: To achieve accurate expression for multiple deviation sources in kinematic components assembly tolerance model,an equivalent analysis method of deviation source was proposed.According to characteristics of deviation in kinematic components assembly,deviation source was divided into three types:geometric location deviation,geometric form deviation and assembly location deviation.The priorities principle of geometric form deviation was considered and the influence to mating parts location was analyzed.The geometry form deviation was taken into a dimensional deviation and an angular deviation in which nominal value was zero.Virtual connections model was set up for kinematic components assembly,and the gap deviation of mating parts was equivalent to dimensional deviation of virtual connections.The influence of dimensional and location for mating parts were analyzed by considering assembly deformation.The dimensional variation caused by assembly deformation was coupled to dimensional deviation of parts,and the position variation was taken into an angular deviation.These equivalent deviation sources were unified representation with multidimensional vectors.The effectiveness and correctness of proposed method was verified by the example of an aircraft wing flap components assembly.

摘要: 为实现多种偏差源在机构组件装配容差模型中的准确表达,提出一种面向机构组件装配的偏差源等效分析方法。根据机构组件装配的偏差特点,将偏差源分为零件几何位置偏差、几何形状偏差和装配位置偏差三类。分析了几何形状偏差的优先考虑原则及对配合零件位置的影响,将几何形状偏差等效为名义值为零的尺寸偏差和角度偏差。建立了装配间隙虚拟连接件模型,将配合间隙偏差等效为虚拟连接件的尺寸偏差。通过分析装配变形对配合零件尺寸和位置的影响,将变形引起的零件尺寸变动耦合到零件的尺寸偏差,将引起的零件位置变动等效为一角度偏差。采用平面矢量对等效后的偏差源进行了统一表示。以某飞机内襟翼机构组件装配偏差源等效分析为例,验证了所提方法的正确性。
