Color networks of traditional cultural patterns and color design aiding technology

传统纹样的色彩网络模型及配色设计辅助技术

Abstract: Based on the traditional pattern library,the color features were extracted,and the reuse techniques were developed to aid designer.A two-stage clustering was used to extract a series of colors from a pattern library.In the first stage of clustering,several feature colors were extracted from each pattern image,and the second stage of clustering was performed based on color set extracted by the first stage for multiple images,so that a number of feature colors representing the comprehensive color symbolism of the entire pattern type were extracted.A color network was established between the feature colors:the feature colors were taken as nodes and the occurrence frequency of the characteristic color was taken as the node's weights to create connections between nodes pairs based on the concurrence frequency of corresponding colors represented in the same image.A color recommendation technology was developed based on color network development,which could recommend the color scheme that best represents the original features of culture for designers.A color extraction and recommendation system was developed based on CorelDRAW platform,and the automatic generation of product color scheme was also realized.Application testing of flat patterns and product color cases was carried out,and the experimental results showed that the proposed technology could reproduce the color symbolism of traditional culture in the design with high fidelity.

摘要: 基于传统纹样图库提取色彩特征,并开发了重用方法以辅助设计师。通过两次聚类,从纹样图库中提取一系列特征色。第一次聚类从单幅纹样图片中提取出若干特征色,第二次聚类以对多幅图片进行第一次聚类的提取色的集合为源进行,提取可以代表整个纹样类型的综合色彩意象的若干特征色。在特征色之间建立配色网络:以特征色为节点,以该特征色的出现频率为节点权值,基于同一幅图中的共现频率建立节点之间的连接。基于色彩网络开发了配色设计辅助技术,为设计师推荐最能体现文化原貌的配色方案。基于CorelDRAW平台开发了色彩提取与推荐系统,实现了产品配色方案的自动生成。对平面纹样和产品配色案例进行了应用测试,结果表明该技术可以高保真地在设计中再现传统文化的色彩意象。
